What is the minimum age to participate in a session?
The minimum age to participate in a session is 10 years old. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Do I need flight experience to join a simulator session?
No, an instructor will accompany you throughout the session and explain all the theoretical aspects needed for a pleasant experience. They will also act as your “copilot,” assisting with procedures and answering any questions or curiosities you may have.
Will someone accompany me during the simulator session?
Yes, a specialized instructor will be with you throughout the session, guiding you through the theoretical aspects and assisting with procedures. They’ll also be available to answer all your questions.

How do I book a simulator session?
All bookings are made through the “Appointments” section of our website. Purchases and bookings can only be made via our website or through partner platforms.
How can I pay for the simulator session?
Payment is made exclusively ONLINE via our website when booking through the dedicated platform. Your reservation is confirmed instantly, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Why can’t I book a slot far in advance?
To avoid rescheduling issues, our booking platform only allows reservations up to 60 days in advance. If you wish to book for a later date, please return to the platform no more than 60 days before your desired session.
Can I gift a simulator experience?
Yes! It’s one of the most memorable and exciting gifts you can offer. Visit the “Gift Cards” section of our website.
How long is a voucher code valid?
Voucher codes are valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. If the recipient cannot schedule a session within this period, we can extend the validity for a reasonable amount of time. Note: the voucher’s validity refers to the deadline for using the code on our website to make a reservation—not the date by which the session must be completed. For example, on day 44 of the voucher’s validity, you can book a session even 50 days ahead.
I have a voucher code—how do I book my simulator experience?
Please go to the “Appointment” section of our website and enter your voucher code in the “I have a coupon” field. A 100% discount will be applied to the selected experience, according to your voucher.
Can I bring other people to the simulator?
Yes, you can invite up to three guests to join you in the simulator, provided they are at least 5 years old. They will accompany you in the cockpit as passive participants. Also, 70-minute sessions can be split between two people, one after the other.
Where is the simulator located?
Our simulator is located at Aleea Profesor Valeriu Bologa No. 3, Viva City Residential Complex, Block 2 (the blue one), Commercial Space 5, Cluj-Napoca 400436, Cluj, Romania.
Can I take photos?
Yes! Photos are allowed—and even encouraged.
My voucher code has expired
In this case, please email us at contact@flightx.ro with your voucher code, and we’ll extend its validity so you can still enjoy the experience.
What happens if I miss my scheduled session?
Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, a rescheduling fee applies: 75 RON for a 30-minute session and 150 RON for a 70-minute session or fear-of-flying sessions. Why can’t I find available slots for my preferred date?
It’s possible that all slots for that period are already booked. This means our schedule is full, and reservations for that day or time are blocked. Please try selecting another date. If your voucher is close to expiring, remember that the validity refers to the deadline for using the code on the website—not the date of the session itself. For example, on day 44 of the voucher’s validity, you can book a session even 50 days ahead. If needed, email us at contact@flightx.ro with your voucher code and the desired extension period.
Can I book the three sessions from the SMART ENTERTAINMENT 5X package whenever I want?
Yes, the package includes two 70-minute sessions and one 30-minute session, which you can book anytime you like.
